Lado retracts
 

Just a note to warn everyone that Lado black 666 retract motors will not tolerate over 6v. A123 batteries unregulated and especially 2 cell Lipo unregulated will damage them. I have been playing with them for the heavy wheels and legs of the Arado 555. I damaged 2 units before I found this out. The units were supplied with no specification instructions or warning. These units were the black 666 ones. Don't be seduced by videos showing them retracting up when inverted, this is not the same as retracting when hanging down. The cross pin should be changed from brass to stainless as the brass threads will give out sooner or later.

No longer in business.

One of my jumbo Lado retract controllers just went bad. Looking to buy replacement if anyone has one laying around. Anyone know if Robart controllers will work?
