RE: Tango
The Tango weigth is 17 pounds dry and it has robart retractable gear in it I had about 15 to 20 hours build time in her. I have 110 ounces of fuel and can fly for 18 m. I made a mod to fuel tank install and Don said he would make this change in the kit This is a nice ARF for $ 799. it's a great deal, and Don is great to work with also.I installed a FTE 500 and it flys great with this turbine.

Tango
I got a chance to fly Mikes. I think it was on the second flight. It has a thick wing that gives it slow speed aerbatic abillity. I didn't think it would be all that fast, but with the T-500 I would say it goes 140 to 150mph. It has a large speed envelope. Tracks as if on rails. The only bad thing about it for me was the color Red is hard for me to see in the air. But that is personal preferance. I hope they make a big version of this bird. Thunderjet |
RE: Tango
I think someone said that a big version is on the way, didn't they?
