from hobby lobby, and around $7 a pair, they are very strong and I am using them for aileron/elevators, and rudders also, they make them in two sizes for standard and small

I got the same ones from Dymond Modelsport for about half the price. Love them.
On a foam wing, you can just drill four holes, glue in four dowels, sand off the tops drill some holes into the dowels for the mounting screws and off you go. These things are GREAT.

I have used the mounts for a couple of years now after being introduced to them by Jeremy Ferguson ( Pattern guy ). On some servos however, ( ie JR ) there is a small reinforcement flange in the middle of the mounting lugs. Be sure to file them down so that the lug is evenly tightened down otherwise the servo can rock side to side as the only contact point would be that narrow reinforcement strip. You don't want any servo body movement on the control surfaces. Otherwise works great, makes installations a snap!
