I too saw Ali's flights on the Saturday and they were a pleasure to watch especially the Star Fighter

Thanks Dom. Actually it was supposed to be a MacGregor JR DMSS slot, but seemed to end up a free for all by the end of the weekend:eek:
Big Pitts had motor issues Sunday, Steve Carr's Extra and others had "issues" too.

Unbelievable video??????? Why in the world would the flash and boomerang be landing and taking off/flying a downwind pattern?

The wind was almost 90 degrees, at take off. By landing it was more from the right...hence I landed from the left. I guess they didn't notice, decided to land up hill etc...

A pilot adapting there landing direction due to change in conditions during the flight. [X(]

I've seen a lot of very experienced pilots not do that. ;)

Thanks for all the vids Dom. I for one really appreciate the effort that you video guys put in, and for me it means loads to be able to look back and watch these video in a few years.
I only wish the weather could have been a little more cooperative.
