Futaba S9074SB Servo Maximum Voltage

Using the above in my new Hawk powered from Robbe Dual Power Supply. Trying to decide what voltage output to set from the regulators, 6.0 or 6.6V

Servo specs. say 4.8-6.0V but fully charged 5 cell NiMh can easily exceed 6.6V hence the dilemma. The higher the regulator output voltage the less power is dropped across the regulators.

Help appreciated.

I'm planning to run dual A123's on my Tucano and have 4 of these in the wings. Don't expect a problem @ 6.6 v from the A123's.

I run unregulated A123s with JR 8411s and 8611s in all my other jets with no problems so I'm leaning to 6.6V in this setup.

I have been running unregulated LiFe batts on my 9074 for 2 years.
