It would be interesting to look at the photos a connection the parts of a fuselage. As far as I understood a fuselage consists of three parts. |
I hope there is a video on the way soon!

Cool Video!
Thanks for posting! :) Joe |
This example of the AW F104 was built by Trond Hammerstad from Norway. He received the kit only 8 weeks ago and this is one of the very first production models made by Airworld. The finish is from the latest version of the Aluminium based paint that is supplied by Ralle of tailor-made in Germany. As is often the case. The finish looks allot better in real life than it does in photos.
This model is crazy overpowered. It has a B300F turbine fitted and weights in the region of 24 kg's at the moment. I say at the moment, as I know Trond plans to equip the model with lots and lots of scale extra's and detailing. The factory demo model that you see in the video( built from the same kit ) came out at weighing 21Kg and powered with a Jet Cat P200 SX. I am not sure which way to go with my version as yet. I know that the new Kingtech 220 will fly the model… Although I do keep getting the feeling that I would like to follow in Trond's footsteps and load the plane up with extras and have lots of power in reserve. Seeing that Trond is also building my one, I think it might be rude not to go the big and heavy route! The kits are starting to ship in July. Not surprisingly, the demand has been high. I have sold 3 in total, and am planning to book some slots for more, as I know this will sell well, especially when people see it in the flesh and then see how easy it is to fly. I managed to fly it and other than we had to limit the top end speed due to a tip tank instability…. It was @$**!% awesome! |
