Cosford Large Model Association Show, UK, 2014
My first visit to this show. First day flying programme was severly cut back by bad weather but second day more than made up for it.
A few vids of jet action to post over coming days...but starting with one of the highlights of the Show. This 20ft wingspan Vulcan. - Dom http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9F34GDVrVXw |
Technically I'm told this was more an engine fire than a flameout but either way was impressive to see the owner and pilot calmly set it down without problems.

It might not have been a flameout, but it definitely had the flame out!;)
Nice vid, and nice piloting, seeing as it was a pretty damn big model to deadstick! Thanks dave |
Other jet highlights were the large scale Comet, VC-10, Jet Legend Yak-130, CARF Hawk and Ripmax Excalibur (new scheme)...will publish these soon...but there were many other fixed wing highlights (that obviously I won't publish here)...
