Does anyone know who manufactured this L39

I just got this plane and not sure who was the manufactuer. By the looks of the construction I would guess Yellow Aircraft but can't find any posts, threads no information at all on Yellow making an L39 . It is 80" long and 63" wide including wing tanks. Fuse is all glass. Wings are foam core covered with balsa. Yellow never produced an L39

Thanks Rapptor... know where I can get any info on Jet Tech, can't seem to find anything....
