LOL!!! I guess I was really bearing down on the stick!!
Dantley...its the 160sx I bought from you about a year ago, 41lbs dry 160oz of gas. Plenty of power for my type of flying. I need to move the door cylinders to get a better geometry (doors are flapping open a little) and beef up the nose strut spring (it was compressing on take off roll). Other than that everything is working perfect.
Vin...
PS: TY for the great pics Joe!!

That does look like a successful maiden smile, they are easy to recognized.

Vinny, I'll send you the bill for the consultations...lol :) Nice job!

furloughed ual 03-24-2015 06:16 PM

Did u decide to use a UP valve or electronic sequencer for the gear and doors?

dubd 03-24-2015 08:34 PM

Glad the 160sx found a good home. The pics of your Sabre makes me want to finish mine ASAP.

Nice pix too! Love the speed brake action in those airborne pix. Looks like a really nice area to fly at as well.

smith john 04-06-2015 06:21 PM

hi great plane. I am working on one now.question do u use 1/2 slats or full slats for take off thanks john

Vincent 04-06-2015 06:59 PM

i did not use slats for takeoff. I don't think it would hurt to use them maybe half throw but it's really not needed.
Vin...

smith john 04-06-2015 09:08 PM

thanks john

smaze17 04-06-2015 10:26 PM
