Trying to reach Tam

Hi
I have been trying to reach Tam by e-mail through his web site to ask him a few question regarding a product he sells, that I'm interested in buying, but haven't got an answer.

Do you guys know any other way to reach him other than by phone (I live overseas and for me it is easier by email).
