Is it addiction or is there something wrong with me
Ok this is odd but the Army has me moving next month and I'm trying to clean up.
So I got a slight crashed CAI Razor, it went down in the trees as my fuel ran out. Anyways I started fixing the wing but have relized it was already heavy and few ok on a p80 but took most of the grass to get up, and now with all the fiberglass repairs and foam I had to put in the wings I wouldn't be surprised if it would gain 3-4 pounds, and if I remember it was already close to 27 pounds. But I feel like my 68 Dodge Charger, it may have been junk to someone at one time, but now it's a classic. I know CAI has been gone for some time, and part of me feel like a bad man for thinking of throwing it in the trash as it is crashed pretty bad but with fiberglass anything can be fix. So am I sick in the head |
addiction......................Fix it later..........I had a plane that needed repairs, Hit a tree, too. Finally fixed it 6 years later, still have it

You are sick....very sick. But, so are the rest of us.

Lol thanks. I wish it was a straight wing, but it humps in the middle section so to clear the turbine,
I took a foam wing cutting class at NASA Scale last month and it seemed very easy to just cut new wings as the original wing weight a lot. It's odd in war birds weight is expected, but in jets it's hated. As this Razor is really the only sport jet I have ever had, everything eles I got are scale, or delta wings. Do sport jets carry exstra weight well? |
