Jets Over The Valley 2015

Hi All, Just wanted to start a thread on our Jets over the Valley 2015!!! It will be August 13 to the 16 setup on the 12th. Flying is from 9:00am to dusk everyday!! The runway is a paved 20000 feet long and 1000 feet wide runway:o I will have all the info up by weeks end. For any info please feel free to give me a call 330-503-3160 Thank you Billy D cd

I’m in this is a great place to fly. I have only flown hereonce it was during the 2015 Father’s Day fun fly and it was great.

This event has been running since 1995 as a low key event for NE Ohio and Western PA turbine and ducted fan flyers at Ashtabula Airport, then moved around until finally settling at the Nighthawks field when the use of this site became available a few years back. We have kept this as a flyers event, low key on the promotions so we can all fly as much as we like. Come on and join the event, good time had by all, good flying site, with good selection of hotels, food, and now a casino all nearby.

Runway is in great shape. Just resealed and cracks filled. The new striping will go down next week and will be all set for our annual Jets over the Valley.

Hi all, Going to the field today to paint the new yellow center line and some taxi lines on the freshly sealed runway!! I will post some pics later..... So can we start a head count? :o
