Skymaster F100 Help
 

I ordered F100 from Chief Five months ago. The plane was ordered with wing tanks. The tanks were coming later as plane was in stock in China. Tanks were promised 12-14 weeks. I have completed plane and it is ready to fly except for wing tanks which still have no delivery date in sight. I do not want to fly plane without tanks. Anton please help with getting me the tanks so I can fly this great plane.

F-100's need drop tanks!!!

Anton Anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????? Dana at chief says no info from factory!! I have a 5 month old ready to fly skymaster F100 with no tanks sitting on maiden until tanks come in. Maybe next year!!! or the year after!!! One day it might fly!!!

My BVM F-100 flew well without the tanks. I know not having the drop tanks is annoying, but why would that prevent you from maidening the plane? I've seen crashes from tanks coming off on maidens, so I wait until subsequent flights before loading up. Of course it's your plane and you can do what you want.

Thanks Anton, I want to balance and fly plane with the tanks. So I will wait for the tanks to arrive.

I understand while you can fly plane without the tanks. I like the visibility of the tanks and they aid in drag in the landing pattern.

Are we still shipping this week? Thanks excited to fly the Skymaster F100. Maidened a friends Skymaster F14 yesterday and had a ball flying that one. Great machine
