New Ultimate Jets production facilities.

Dear all.
This is a short post to introduce you to our new production facilities that I am setting up in Dubai.
This is a World Class factory of 100,000 sqft. I am working on complying with NASA STD and FAR regulations for several projects. All white epoxy covered.
The factory is pressurized and features proper dust extraction.

The main place ( shown above ) is a 20,000 sqft laminating room,
I just finished setting up 6 CNC machining centers, including a 6 axis router of 30 foot by 15 foot by 10 foot capacity.

We also have 2 large painting booths and 2 drying booths, 2 post curing chambers and 1 autoclave.
All for your models ! ( almost )...

Nope I don't know that feeling. The most fun I ever had was with a Cessna Conquest but the Lear 25-D was pretty spectacular for a used to be corporate guy. Those little GE Turbojets drank a lot of fuel but they'd sure push that airframe around.

If you are designing new models I recommend that the design takes into account how they will be assembled at the field. I look for planes that do not have to be flipped over and the gear is integrated into the fuse/wing. Only the outboard side of the wings plug in. That would be unique compared to many designs today.

Good luck

Wish you the best Oli.
