Kingtech presents the all new T1 sports jet

Kingtech is proud to distribute the all new T1 sports jet. This jet was previously called the (fortune). We are calling it simply the T1. I just received one of the two Kingtech demo planes yesterday and I am blown away with the quality. Its very well made and constructed with airex. Ply bulkheads with carbon fiber reinforcement where needed. The paint is very nice and smooth. all the markings are painted on with clear over them so their is no step and no seam line. The ARF comes with pipe gear and fuel tank. I will get an official price today for it.

We will be showing this plane off at Kentucky jets for anyone interested in it. I only have a week until I leave so its going to be a fast build. I will post as many pics as I can. One of my favorite things about the plane is its size. Its not small and not gigantic its just right in the middle. Very easy to manage. Also the tail surfaces and wings are very easy to remove and reinstall making transportation easy. Another good thing about it is the look. Some of the other sports jets look like tadpoles with the canopy-blended nose section. The T-1 has a removable nose.

With the weight I would say anything from a 100 size up to a 180 size. I think a 160 would be the sweet spot for weight and performance and a 120 will also work well. I think we are sticking a 170 in this plane simply because we have it sitting here doing nothing.

gunradd 07-01-2016 05:29 AM

Also another thing I love is the forward canopy has hatch latches that hold it on and 2 magnets that hold it in the locked position. Pretty cool setup so no tools or anything else to access the front section. Simply slide the canopy forward and it pops off.

mr_matt 07-01-2016 02:16 PM

What top speed is this plane rated to?

yeahbaby 07-01-2016 02:40 PM

Good looking bird, kind reminds of the AD Exocet. Any other planned paint schemes?

Lots of schemes. This is only a few.

gunradd 07-01-2016 05:13 PM

Price will be $1760.00 plus shipping. Includes gear pipe and fuel tank. Kingtech will stock some in the US with the schemes most people want. If you have a scheme in mind give us a 3 veiw of what you want and if its nice then we will look into stocking those if everyone likes it. Keep in mind these are all painted outside the mold with no seams. All markings are painted on also.

Not sure..

Got some work done today. Servos on flaps ailerons rudder and elevators all done. Next will be wiring the extensions and receiver. Waiting on the turbine and landing gear. If I had everything here I could build this thing in 3 days easy. The gear and some other air system parts won't be here until late next week. Also got fuel tank done . I hysoled a vent in the top of the tank and filled the 2 brass tubes with hysol to seal them up. I don't like bending a tube for a vent line.

yes I believe some stock will be at Kingtech in California. Not sure how local pick up works with Barry you would need to talk to him.

On shipping I think ems shipping on the bird is about $300 to your door. But need to get more accurate info on shipping

I like the split nose door on the one in the video. Anyone got pics of their nose door install?

I had to shave a little of the horizontal stab spar tubes. Mine stuck out to far and could damage the pipe. Minor adjustment.

People building these need to take care and not have any loose servo wires that can lay on the pipe.

Johnny, we were in touch a couple of occasions, Mr. Kim at T-one Models is still finalizing paint schemes for our website, along with Dirk setting up company for bank accounts. A link to place orders will be generated in due time, please be patient.

Kris, thanks for the thread, look forward of some stick time in KY!

Regards,
Barry

Gentlemen,

Due to the overwhelming inquiries, At this time we will be shipping the planes DHL straight to your doorstep. The Factory has committed 12 units for us to sell at this time and will be ready for paint any day. They are not geared up to supply us with a complete container at this time, but will in the future and we will warehouse them here in California. Local pickup will be available as well.

We are taking full payment at this time, as we only have 8 left to sell of the 12. The jets will be ready in just a few weeks as soon as I commit to the paint schemes to the Factory. Please email me at [email protected] and let us know the paint scheme you want to order. We have Thunderbirds, Ferrari, Yellow, Green, Blue, Orange and Red available at this time. I will reduce the count as I get committed purchases so don't hesitate or you will have to wait until the next batch is ready.

Cost is $1760 plus $300 DHL shipping to your door, please write check to:

Skymaster USA
289 S. Santa Anita Ave.
Pasadena, CA 91107

Now that the cat is out of the bag, Barry and myself are also a Skymaster Jets Dealer and we have a container of planes being built. Skymasterusa.com is currently under construction and will be up soon. Please don't hijack this thread with Skymaster USA inquiries as a new thread can be started for that.

Best Regards,

You wont be disappointed Dean! Its a very nice bird. It should cost allot more in my opinion with the quality it has. Painted out side the mold is a big one for me. Just makes it look so much better with no seam lines. But the down side is it takes them longer to manufacture.

jonkoppisch 07-06-2016 06:13 AM

Nice!

DrScoles 07-06-2016 07:03 AM

Wish I needed another sport jet. Looks great, nice price, and having Barry backing it means great customer service.

Helijet 07-06-2016 07:25 AM

No worries Mike. A little stick time on mine and I'm sure you'll need to have another one...lol

Dean

DrScoles 07-06-2016 07:35 AM

I'm trying to reduce the number of toys Dean! I'm not a psychologist, but owning eight jets might be the start of a problem...

i3dm 07-06-2016 07:38 AM

Mike, its the start of a solution :)
