DX-18 help
 

Can you set up a beep on the DX-18 so you know every time the throttle stick is at 50% when flying.
If so how do I do it.
I know on my 11X I can do it but not sure about the 18.
So basically every time you go to 50% throttle or go past it, it will beep once.

If your radio is up to date on the software, there is a menu named Center Tone. This is where you can easily enable this feature. Otherwise, you could set a second timers to be activated at 50% throttle.

On my 18,when I upgraded the software, the center tone was on by default even though the menu said it was off. The tone at 50% was driving me nuts. To turn it off, I had to go to the menu, turn it on and then exit and go back to the menu and turn it off. Point being, if he had the latest software, it should be on, unless they fixed that. It did the same thing on my DX 9 when I put the latest software in.
