copper tube in tank

Can you use copper tube inside tank? Running diesel fuel in turbine? Only correct size tube I have for stopper is copper.

I use fairly thick walled stainless steel tube now after I found hairline cracks in my copper or brass tubes that led to air in the UAT. Took a while to find as the cracks were microscopic and only induced air once the last tank started to run down and uncover the tube.

Yes, no problems at all. I guess it's a leftover from glow engine models, I
have a heap of thick walled copper air line tubing.

The thick wall means it bends beautifully but remember thick wall means the
hole in the middle is relatively small so make sure it's large enough for the
fuel flow needed by the turbine.

You may want to read this standard first. Refers to biodiesel but but certainly points out issues with copper.
