I've seen a LOT of smoke systems, but none work as well as Jeff's (jws aces) Poor boy cant fly for ^%$^%$! But we love to watch his smoke!
LOLOLOL Just kidding about the flying. Jeff is a GREAT pilot. Seriously though, his smoke system really puts out a ton of smoke, even at lower throttle settings and slower speeds. I think Dave and Jeff are pointing you in the right direction. ;)

I guess I’m the only one having good luck with Sullivan skywriters. I just smoked through 5 gallons in the last couple of days in a brand new unit in my big F-86.

Yes I have tried just about all the pumps before the turbine manufactures started offering them.. the one in my hawk has been in 2 different airframes..:( no telling how many gallons it has seen. I installed it in Hawk #2 back in the Fall of 2015.

Kenic and Robart smoke oil is all I ever use...Robart the most due to pricing. I use at least 4 gallons every 3 day event and I don't like to fly the Hawk until it gets dark.. LOL :)
