90° retracts for large jet
I need to replace the stock retracts on my large FeiBao Hunter. Looking for suggestions. Need to be 90° and pneumatic with a good sized air cylinder. Whhatcha got? Thanks. |
Not sure if they will fit your application being an 8mm pin mount, but I've had good luck the Behotec C50 and C50-F(reverse) retracts in both air and electric. Word of caution - these retracts are strong and may cause other parts to break on a bad landing. The frames are milled from a solid block and work even if slightly bent or twisted after a hard landing. I've also seen C50's used on quite a few projects in RCJI articles over the years.
