Tiger Meet 2019 in SC
The 5th Annual Tiger Meet 2019 is only 3 months away! October 16 - 20, 2019.
October is an awesome time to fly jets in SC so mark your calendars! This is a relaxed, flyer friendly event where fun, food, fellowship ... and FLYING are the goal! The Flying Tigers RC Club near Lake City, SC is a great venue with many amenities for hosting this historically successful event. - Jet friendly 75' x 2700' smooth, level grass runway with wide open flying space. - AMA Sanctioned Friday 10/18 and Saturday 10/19. Maiden flights welcomed all other days. - Pilots’ dinner Saturday night included with $50 pilot’s fee. - Free pilots’ raffle included with pilot’s fee. - Best Sport Performance, Best Scale Performance, and Pilot’s Choice awards to be voted and are available for sponsorship. - 32 reserved parking/camping spots with 30A power service are available. Contact me now to reserve your spot...first come, first served. $40 per parking spot for entire event. - Free WIFI on site! - RVs and campers welcome. RV grey/black water dump on site. 30A power plugs at each reserved parking spot. - Clubhouse with air conditioner, full kitchen, and bathroom/shower. - Large, secure hangar for overnight jet storage. - Parallel 2nd runway behind parking area is available for small jet (foamy) and prop plane use by paid event pilots.
