Skymaster ViperJet CG MK2
Hello Fellas,
Quick question - I hope this doesn't sound like a stupid question, but I don't want to assume anything when determining the CG. Do you measure from the actual root of the wing panel (removable) or the root of the wing which for this model is part of the fuselage? I measured from the later, root of wing but part of fuse. Attaching a picture for clarity. https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rcu...41e3d7f0db.jpg Please let me know where you are measuring from, position 1 or 2. Also, if anyone can share their dry weight, I would appreciate it. |
Measure from the wing joint pos 2, if I remember correctly it’s on the spare. |

Hi There - thanks. I think that is why my numbers seem off. I'm using the XICOY CG tool with a method I've used on several jets and it seems really tail heavy. I'm going to try with a measurement from the root of the panel, pos 2. Also, are you saying the cg is also on the wing tube?
