BVM 80" Sabre drop tank length
 

Hi guys.
I just ordered drop tanks for my 1/5.8 BVM Sabre and want to be sure I got the right size and did not order the 63" Saber tanks. How long are the big BVM Sabre tanks?

Just measured mine and they are 23 and 3/4"" long or 603mm if you prefer metric.

Where did you order the tanks?

Right from BVM. They are made to order but I know they make 2 sizes and want to be sure I got the right ones. They have been shipped and will be here on Wednesday so I will measure them as soon as I get them. the 1/5 .8 PNP f-86 is made from Bob's original molds so these tanks were actually built for that model. but again they also offer tanks for the 63 inch version I want to make sure I get the right ones.
