Are you supposed to get in the ejection capsule first and then get sucked up into the plane?:confused:

flying at mach 2 and 70,000 feet, they had to create a capsule for ejection. that clamshelled over the pilot

what still amazes me when i used to visit the one at carswell, how many vacuum tubes were in that thing..

its on a short hold for the Summer while i finish up the F14 prototype and get some repairs done on 2 other models. Come winter time though, it'll be full steam ahead as the majority of what i have left to do is just fuselage stuff. 90% of the small stuff is "done".

We could go crazy and do a 75% with 4 J85's. Go big or go home! :)

90ish in long. 1 man capable instead of these monsters guys are building now. 140 -160 size motor. You could sell a bunch of these. Its one of the best looking jets ever.

This is the one I designed back in the 80's. It's only 80". Finally started working on it again. A friend re-did the molds, it's much better than the original. Putting a KingTech 60 in it.

Oh I'd love to build one of those!!!
