Down and locked DL-550 programming
 

Hi Guys,

I have the DL 550 gear controller and the tail retract I have it connected to is not fully retracting so I need to adjust the end point.

I cannot find any instructions on how to do this and I don’t have the software to do it. I have the cycling switch attached to the unit.

Is anyone able to help with this?

You may have to adjust the linkage and horns to get the right amount of up and down on the tailwheel.

Throw that crap in the bin and get ya a Electron controller - problem solved

Anything spent on a D&L gear is a waste of money. As mentioned; just get rid of it......

I tried ordering one on the Electron website and it wouldn't let me place order unless I entered a serial number for the electron retracts that I obviously don't have. Ive been told that the dicot controller can also do the job. Any comments on that option?

Buy a Xicoy LGC 15. Same as Electron's GS200 only the LGC15's current limits are not locked to a specific brand.
