RE: jet trainer
THE FACET would be one.

RE: jet trainer
I would love somebody make a ~$1.0k to $2K boomerang type ARF
The boomerang fits my needs, but is not an ARF:( The Kingcat seems great, but too expensive for a 1st turbine plane (Seems 1st plane will be most likely to crash or mistreat[X(]) Other planes requires more runaway that I have easy access to..[:o] |
RE: jet trainer
2nd on the Facet. I'm building a 1200. It looks like a nice little airplane. Pretty easy to build and the wing has a good amount of wash out to help with slow speed flight. Should be a pretty honest airplane. I hope to have it done in about a month.

RE: jet trainer
I have a Boomerang and love it to death. I ordered a Facet 2300 (waiting for the nosegear), hopefully it will arrive in a couple of weeks. If you're not too much in a hurry, I'll let you know more about the Facet. I have also placed an order for a 72# Boomerang (Bay Boom). I love jet trainers. Usually, after a couple of sessions with fast, agile and not so forgiving super speedsters, we need the relaxed flying qualities of airplanes like the Boomerang and the Facet.
Happy 2004 to everyone Chris |
