Century Jet Models?
 

This may not be the right place for this post but this is as close as I can figure so here goes. I placed an internet order with CJM over two weeks ago for a small $20.00 item. I got an immediate automated e-mail response confirming the order. After about ten days, I e-mailed them to find out when this item might get shipped. Three days later after no response, I send the e-mail again and state that I sent the e-mail three days before and a response would be nice. Next day I get a response saying that they did'nt get my first e-mail and that they would get back to me the next day letting me know what's going on with my order. That was two days ago?

The reason I'm posting this is to get some feedback to see if this is normal procedure for this company or am I just lucky. I realize that I did'nt order an expensive jet but all I'm asking for is an e-mail as to when my stuff might get shipped. So, has anybody had similar problems?

Sorry to hear about the misfortunes your all having at Centry Jets.
Although that seem odd for them to have this kind of mishap
I live just a tad bit over a 1/2 an hour from Centry Jets and stopped in there
while i was in the area and they seem to be very imformitive and interested in my visit
and very hospitible these people was very kind and overwhelming to take me on a factory ture
i was impressed on the opperation.
dont e-mail just keep calling im sure sooner or later the right person will answer and get on the ball and get these mishaps underway.
again sorry to here about your misfortunes with CJ.
I hope you and CJ can resolve this ( to your success )
