SJI will have participants from all over the planet, so it's time to put your documentation together and start practicing those scale maneuvers. The Contest will use the proven TOP GUN rules with a few changes. If you are planning to attend and are not familiar with the rules, e-mail Frank at [email protected] for your copy. I will try to get the rules uploaded to the website soon.

One of the changes from the TOP GUN rule book is that there are no "builder of the model" rules. This means that if you are a great pilot without a scale jet you are welcome to fly a jet you did not build yourself.

SJI will have great awards and cash prices. The contest is held at Lakeland Linder Regional Airport, Florida home of EAA SUN 'N FUN and TOP GUN. One of the best jet flying sites ever. The dates are November 7th - 10th 2002
