Hi,
Thanx 4 posting the nice pix. Looks very clean and tidy inside.
I am just about to do a KingCat for a customer, so it's useful to get some ideas on other R/C installs.

Have you got a Tam smoke system in there also? What's the up-up dry weight?

Nice neat job, one thing you should consider changing is the way the fuel filter is oriented, you should have it straight up and down to let any airbubble escape also consider letting it be as "free floating" as possible this way it allows it to move slightly and again dislodge any air bubbles.

Is that fuel pump next to the receiver? just wondering if that might become an issue or not.... wondering for my own install sometime later this year....

David,

Thanks for the pointers, I will have to do that on the next one as the plane has already left for Canada.

Pat,

The ECU is next to the pump, the receiver is on the other side of the plane.

Mike,

Do to time crunches and schedules, I did not get a weight on the plane and there is no smoke system. Dean Wichmann has the plane and will do the final setup/balancing and test flight.

Everyone else, thanks for the comments!

This KingCat was delivered to its happy customer over the weekend. All up dry weight was 27.3 lbs powered by a JetCat P120. Test flight was perfect and subsequant flights proved no trim or mods required. Range checked fine. Now to get mine finished!:D
