RE: Looking For A T-38 Talon
Are you interested in a turbine or ducted fan T-38 kit?

RE: Looking For A T-38 Talon
Either or would be nice but the turbine being more expensive it would take a while to raise the funds for the engine. So a duct fan would be more economical and pratical at this time. But then again who knows I may purchase the turbine kit and put it back until the day I can afford a turbine set up.

RE: Looking For A T-38 Talon
I know of a completed george miller T38 built by a good friend here in Nashville. It is for sale at this time. Power is OS91 /byron fan unit. I have flown it 2 times. If your interested email me and I'll get more info. Scott

RE: Looking For A T-38 Talon
Just to let everyone know I came accross a site today, a company called Air Magic. They had a T-38 showing on thier web site but not much information listed about it.

RE: Looking For A T-38 Talon
The Air Magic T-38 is a lot smaller than the George Miller and the Bob Fiorenze kits. The wing loading on the Air Magic is quite a bit higher also. The OS.91/Byron powered George Miller T-38 that I flew was very easy to fly and had no bad habits.
BTW The T-38 in my Avatar and in my Gallery is an old George Miller kit |
