Number of Servos Run Thru Receiver ?
I am running 11 servos, 7 are Hi Torque thru a JR 9 Channel PCM Receiver, is this okay? What other way's are there to seperate the power to servos without running all the power thru receiver? I don't really want to run another RX. Is there a product on market for this? Any info would be well appreciated.
Thanks. Chuck. |
RE: Number of Servos Run Thru Receiver ?
Yes. This is fine. There is no reason to run the servos separately unless you're worried about voltage drop through the system. The receiver traces are more than capable of handling your power requirements.

RE: Number of Servos Run Thru Receiver ?
Thanks Guys for the info, I found a nice unit thru Electro Dynamics that will do the job. I don't need it know as I just deleted 2 servos in project. The project is a Composite ARF Rookie and I see a lot of guys are bonding the 2 elevon surfaces ( per wing ) together and useing one 168 -220 oz per wing.
