What shipping company are you guys using to ship larger crates with? I need to get this bird to Jets Over the Heartland next month. The crate is 49x80x22 thanks in advance! Justin |

Ive used Forward Air at least three times with similar crates. They have always been good I guess. See you in June. |

Forward Air all the way, many shipments with no problems...cost is 1/2 to 1/4 of what Yellow, et al charge.

better put some more padding underneath that thing and around the wingtips. better yet wrap it in bubble wrap. anything to provide some kind of barrier between it and the wayward fork tongue

May I chip in and ask the UK jet flyers what company in the UK will collect a crate/box of this sort of size, and deliver it within the uk?

Have you tried Interlink? A guy recently bought my 1:4 P-51 off me and that was shipped from Kent to Lancashire for £39 insured. Box was 7ft x 2ft x 1.5ft Rgds, Mark |

HI, Forward Air is the best, 170lb. crate, 3000 miles for $118US, can:t beat that.
