Where do you guys buy thin chart tape to make panel lines?

IS the ChartPak tape plastic, or crepe paper? The plastic tape does not form tight curves, but according to Dave Platt on his Hunter building Black Arts DVD, the crepe paper tape can follow tight curves.
I've only used the platsic variety so far. Paul |
