Super-man 2006 is scheduled for Oct 4th-7th. Wed, Thur, Fri, and Sat. The details are being worked out at this time. The event will be held on a 2 runway airport, and will be bigger and better than ever. All the details will be available within the next 45 days.

It is more than 45 days, and update? It is listed on BVM site as "Cape Girerdeau, MO". Is that correct?

Super-man is on for sure. It will be held at cape in the boot of mo. . If memory serves it's about a 30 minute ride from metropolis. As per usual jerry will put on a great event.

Ben,

Super-Man 2006 is being held at Cape Girardeau MO. airport 50 miles west of Metropolis on Interstate 55 exit 91. The dates are Oct. 4th -7th Flying from 8:30AM until dark each Day. Faa aproval has been received. Entry fee is $60.00 for pre-entrys or $75.00 at the gate. Motor homes, and campers are free no hook ups. The grounds are concrete so if you use your own tent you must have a system for securing it to concrete, weight's, buckets filled with water, etc.
Cape Girardeau is a med size town, with plenty of motels, restaurants, and entertainment 4 miles from the flying site. See Dawn at Midwest Travel ( 800 527-1630 ) for help with rooms. Sorry this took longer than 45 days I was waiting for approval.
