John,
Didnt manage to finish the boomer, even though I was up all night
doing it. I thought i might be able to finish the model at the field, but
there was too much todo, and my fingers went numb quite quickly!
Hopefully It will be flying at Feb.

I did put it all together and take some pictures, i will post in a few hours.
as for the video of the ravens, that should be ready in a couple of days.

Probably best you did not rush the last few bits and pieces, tempting though it is! I can account for the demise of one model due to that syndrome, so well done you for resisting the urge! I have to say I am impressed by your continued dedication to this hobby given you have potentially a number of distractions and other priorities. I wish I had your focus ability!!!!!

The demise was forgetting to screw and loctite a ball link on an elevator servo........ Bang[:@]

I would just thank all of you for coming on Sunday and baring the polar conditions,I hope to see you all again on the 26 of Feb it might be a bit warmer[&:].

Mark sorry for you loss on Sunday,a great shame:(Hope you will come on the 26.

I had a chat with Sarah regarding a weekend bash in the summer, she has given us the green light,we have just got to sort out the dates as we don't want it to clash with any other event.

There will be camping on site and she has said we could use one of the hangers for overnight storage and for entertainment in the evening, ie beer;),should be a good doo:D.

Let me know if you would be interested in the weekend bash,I would just like to know if the interest is there.

I didnt do my usuall 5-6 rolls of film this time round was to busy muckin about wivda new video camera, but managed to get a few pics done between videos, cuppa's and warming up me fingers!! brrrrrrrrrrr

Hi ALL,

We are getting there with the No's,but still low on Pilots.
The weather looks OK for Sunday,just got to keep an eye on the wind[:'(].

I will have to make the call tomorrow if it will go ahead or not ,it all depends if we have enough Pilots to cover the hire charge.
