10X Programming Question

While following the thread regarding the need for redundant elevator servos, I was struck with the following question. For delta wing planes that also have an elevator, can the 10X have the elevon function turned on and still have the elevator servo operational? If this is possible, should the elevator servo or linkage fail, control could still be maintained with the elevons.

For those of you that are able to answer the above, here's anotner. Can the 10X be programmed for speeed brake on a Roo, so that if activated, both ailerons go up while the elevators go down and the rudders move outward?

Thanks!

10X Programming Question

To answer your second question, Yes, using flight mode and mixers you can do this. Not sure on the first question, but again you can probably set up a flight mode but might need to rechannel the elevators.

10X Programming Question

ref your first question. I dont think you could do this using the elevon mix, I think you would need to set it up as a normal wing type and use two channels for the ailerons and apply a mix to each one and select the opperation switch to be the speed brake
switch.

Would that work do you think or is there an easyer way anyone?

Jason
