Heres a few snaps from last weekends 15-17 Nov. Mangalore 02 Jet Rally, held in the remote and dry countryside 2 hrs north of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Robert- sorry i did not get any internal shots of the D/F set up on the Trim F86 I do have shots of the turbine set up on the Trim F86!

Unfortunately the F104 is no more, she was lost during the weekend. Ironically the F104's owner had just finished his first highly successful turbine flight on his new ROO less than an hour beforehand, and was so elated....Talk about the highs and lows of our hobby, the F104 'looked' to be flying great (with experienced jet pilot on sticks) but unfortunately a mix up with programming on the computer Tx prematurely terminated the F104 (see pic)

Jason- thanks for picking up on my MB326 goof! I have corrected... :rolleyes:

Just curious Marty, what motor was in the starfighter?? Also I would like to see the inside pics of the Trim F-86 turbine installation. send to [email protected] or post them here on RCU.
