Scott Othello?

Anyone know how to contact him? Just found out he is the only turbine waiver holder in my town. Waldorf, Md Would like to talk to him.

Scotty is a new turbine flier and builds with us on Weds night. He is a great person and I will ask Him if it is ok to give you his number.
