ORIGINAL: STLPilot I don't think you understood my point. My point is that I will be the first to capture the market AFTER all these companies drop out of the market like you predict. I can assure you that I have plenty knowhow and channels to handle the work involved once this fallout occurs. :D What's wrong with thinking this way? Too truthful then what your used to hearing? If I'm wrong about this please explain to me in which way, I'm all ears. Seriously man, I gotta' quit this, I need to get some work done... |

You know...it's entirely possible that marks such as the P-38, well...maybe they ARE in the public domain. Certainly it's rather common for licensors to operate entirely on pure bluff.
Remember Jim Walker? Greatest modeller of all time. Innovator, enormously successful businessman, greatest ambassador the hobby ever had. For at least a decade, he got royalties from just about every manufacturer in the world for his patent on U-control. He made MILLIONS off that patent. Until one day LeRoy Cox challenged it in court. And won. And the patent was overturned. Food for thought... |
