Combat Models...a Positve Experience!!!
 
I know this company has been slammed every which way possible in previous threads so I thought I would put on a different twist here.
I just had a great experience with Combat Models. I contacted them December 10th to place an order and left a message. After playing phone tag with them exchanging messages (yes they DID return my calls!!) for a couple days I finally placed my order for some F16N fuselage parts. My credit card was billed on the 16th and today, the 20th, I received my box, everything was wrapped tight and protected. I am very happy.
I have ordered other things in the past from them and really have not had anywhere near as bad an experience as others have. I have built all of their kits excpet for the F18 and ordered odds and ends like their carbon fiber packs for other models and really never had a problem. I know this wont cure their woes nor will this sway others opinions I just thought I would share a pleasurable experience with COMBAT MODELS.
