Elevator/Flap Mix On JR 10X

Can someone walk me through the elevator flap mix---I want the elevators to give me some down trim when I use the flap slider on the side of the TX...About 1/8" at 3/8th's inches of flap and about 3/16th's inches at full flap...I want zero flap to elevator mix when the flaps are up.
