Aeropoxy is BVMs name for hysol 9462 which made by dexter, dexter have now been bought out by loctite and they now distribute the glue. So try a loctite agent in your area.

Epoxy Nozzels!

JetGuy,
Try a store that sells automotive paint, PPG etc. They carry Bondo and epoxy for auto body repair. The local dealer in my area sells several lenght nozzels for the dispensers. At a much lesser price!

Regards,
Ken..........

Nozzles

McMaster-Carr (www.mcmaster.com) has 6" nozzles, bag of 12 for $9 or a $1 each individually. Search for Loctite or epoxy.

http://www.glueguru.com also selss nozzles for the Hysol cartridges. I had to buy a $150 minimum order, which is fine for the amount of ubilding I do, but probably too much for most folks.

The savings weren't all that huge BTW.

Poxy Tips

I just pull the spiral out of mine when I am done with a long-nose pliers, drop everything into a sealed jar with acetone, and pull them out when I am ready for the next use.

plastech-weld Sarasota Fl 34236 1-800-963-3194 734-717-6991 I was using this stuff before BVM started selling it. Glue is about 6 or 7 at tube nozzles come in a pack of 25 for about 25 to 50 cents each and the guns are not that expensive either.

I buy mine from a local Industrial Parts house, Applied Technologies, they have locations all over the country. I buy mine a case at a time (12 tubes) and pay around $6 a tube for it.

I get new mix tubes from my dentist. They use the same guns with a different glue for crown work.
