RE: F-35 Second Flight
I think an RC version of the F-35 STOVL would be an awesome model. Wasn't Skymaster or some other manufacturer thinking about doing a Harrier at one point? Anybody ever successfully make a scale model with vertical take-off/landing with a turbine?
I did find these two kits on-line, but they're electric versions: http://www.rbckits.com/ http://www.oakdaleaircraft.com/f35-molded.htm Ken |
RE: F-35 Second Flight
Yeap, I went out to lunch and saw it landing. Looks massive compared to the two F-16 chase planes.
