Ok now if the price of gas over there went up from 4pound to 4 1/2 pound pretty much over night, wouldn't you be, if nothing else, unhappy to pay it? |

Not really. Electric planes have a lot of horrible chemistry and heavy metals involved. Nickel, cadmium, etc...
Plus, electric power uses MORE energy, in the end. That power has to come from SOMEWHERE, before being sent down those powerlines. Usually some coal-fired plant. Now, SLOPE SOARING, that's environmentally friendly. |
