Sat. 15 February "Winterfliegen" in Melle Germany with two BIG jet's

Nr1: F-15 320cm long, 21.5 kg and only 1 gasturbine on left side, thrust 18 kg at 0 temp C.

Nr2: F-104 333cm long, with Jet Cat P-160.

Those are some fantastic looking jets there. What do you see as the differences between the European market and the American market and flyers? Does size matter :D or is it just more attention to detail? It seems that a lot of the projets from overseas are just huge. Are American kit subjects popular or are they the only thing you guys have? How about scratch building......is it not that unusual a deal there or ARFs, are they making an impact? Inquiring minds wanna know? Anything you have to say on this topic would be appreciated. Or how about comments on they way we fly vs the way you guys fly or the problems you are faced with and .......you get the idea. Thanks hopefully this is not to much . :rainfro:

We had great fun there. Stephan Voelker and Gleissner together witl al lot of good pilots created a fantastic show there.
