I have two of the "newer" AMT ECU's (auto start compatible and user adjustable) that I have been using for over 2 years. I have never had a failure of any type.

Jim Allen, Mark Komnick and myself have been using 6 of the second generation USAMT ECUs (a pair for the AT-280s pushing the hog and 4 for our AT-180s) since May of 2005 without any failure. Roger

John,
As I told you, we do not know the guy that you baught the engine from that was suppose to be new in box. I can tell from the connectors on the ECU that at least the ECU is more than three years old. This fella is also no dealer of ours. I don,t know were he got the engine from, but it was not from us. I would also question that it was new in box. When I asked for his name and contact information, you were unable to provide it to me. I have searched for the name that you gave me with no success. The ECU was bad when received and repaired as I told you in our phone conversation. The price that I quoted you was very fair. I would contact that so called dealer that you baught and get him to pay for the repair.
