DF intake design, Help needed

1 Attachment(s)
Hi everybody

Im Daniel from Argentina. I´ve a K&B 45 almost unused, a tunned pipe as the manufacturer especificate and a new Turbax I.
The Turbax is intented to use in my next project, a Pulqui I. I´ts an obscure argentinian propotype jet.
My douts are about ducting air (intake & exhaust)
My calculation shows that if I make the exhaust pipe at 80 % of FSA, I´ve the intake near 100 % of FSA and wingspan of 1.50 mt (59 inch)
This seems right, and I think I can build it with a weight of 3 Kg.
Also send attached 3 views of Pulqui I.
I worry about intake design cause its aerodynamics seems to be not very efficient. The real Pulqui I had lower performance than expected due to its primitive turbine and it´s wing design not enough advanced. In fact it maximum speed was near the same of a P51D Mustang.

RE: DF intake design, Help needed

You can find help for this on ezonemag.com they build a lot of planes from scratch and this is right up their alley.
