Make sure you get the Go-Fast LX muffler (gold color) - believe me you WILL like it !! :D

Attention ALL Cermark F-18 owners!

My friend almost lost his F18 today apparently due to a loose stab aluminum control horn. After 4 or 5 flights one of the horns (that are only held in check by screw pressure on the stab rod) was either hit and moved position or simply loosened up on its own enough to cause pure havoc! The enclosed video shows the effect and a near fatal take off.

SOLUTION IS EASY:

YOU SHOULD DRILL A SMALL HOLE THROUGH THE ALUMINUM HORNS RIGHT INTO THE ALUMINUM RODS- THEN SECURE IT WITH A SET SCREW TO LOCK IN THE HORN AND ROD... THEY WILL NEVER SLIP AGAIN. THIS SHOULD BE MANDITORY FOR THIS PLANE.

oooh....that was hairy.....I assume he made it down ok? hope so. I'll definately take care of that problem when I put mine together. It will be here tomorrow. Another good 'heads up',..thanks dotdigital.

All standard, besides the rudders where you need two HS-81 or HS-85 or similar.
