running 15 % cool power, high speed needle set at 4 turns, idle needle at 2 1/2 turns.had to crank it out to almost 6 turns to keep it running at full throttle.

I had a Webra 80 that behaved in a similar bad fashion. The idle mixture needle would close during the run due to vibration. The idle and high speed needles need to be balanced to work correctly. The first fix was to make a cylindrical sleeve and use it as a solid stop on the idle screw. The final fix was to replace it with an O.S. engine.
