DFW jet fields?
 

I'm going to be in the DFW area tomorrow, Wednesday 4/2. Is there any weekday activity, particularly jets, at any of the DFW flying fields? If so, what time of day?

I'll be staying by the airport, and would appreciate directions.

PS Any must-visit hobby shops ? I know about Mike's and Phil's (plastic)

Roy's, and Hobby Maker hobby shops are also good to visit if you get bored. They are both off of 183 a short distance. Roys is on Norwood, South of 183 about 3 blocks. Hobby Maker is one exit East of Norwood, also South of 183. Both are near (West of)the airport.

I doubt there is much going on during the week. mike's hobby superstore on I-35 near lewisville is a must see though.
