Problems With Jet Legend order
Hello,
I have sent an e-mail 1 week ago to Mr Yang at Jet Legend to order F18 L/G parts,but had no answer.Does anyone know if they are on holidays or something else?(for my past orders,Jet Legend has always been quick to reply) Best regards. |

What I read in other post is that Mr. Yann is very busy finishing the new planes to complete the order demand he got. Have you try with one of the dealers?

Please don't bug him. The phone calls are slowing him down. He needs to finish my orders first before he replies to you. Next in line. :D

Have paid in full for this model seven months ago but it was never shipped. Have decided that legal action is the only remaining option at this point. Has anyone ever received this model? Also tried phone call's and e-mail's to try and resolve this issue. BLUF: JL has no service once your money has been sent, and China is not at the top of the list when it comes to Business... Beware!!!

I don't think your problem is solved until you have the gear delivered to your door, I have been waiting for almost two months for a fuel tank for a JL T-45.

I have just had a response from Jetlegend, they say that they have had production issuse due to volume of orders but are at last catching up.
